Plan, Calc and TIO documents will be scanned for issues before being attached to the record.  If issues are found, they must be corrected before uploading again.  To correct issues, see "Correcting PDF Validation Issues".

When submitting 2019 Testing, Inspection and Observation (TIO) forms for plan review, you must use Version R03.7.3 (revision date 10/27/2020). The new version is available on the Forms, Applications & Reminders Lists page on the OSHPD website. Please ensure you are using this version, or your submittal may be returned.
